HOW DO I BOOK?

Click on "Book with us " on the homepage. We will then contact you to book your party. Your party is not booked until your $50 deposit has been paid. If booking within 2 weeks from party date full balance along with damage deposit is required to be paid at the time of booking. 

IS THERE A DEPOSIT? WHEN DOES THE REMAINING BALANCE NEED TO BE PAID?

A non-refundable $50 deposit is require at the time of booking to secure your date. The $50 deposit will be applied to the total cost of the party rental. Additionally, a refundable damage deposit of $100 is required 14 days PRIOR to you event date. It can take 3-5 days for the refund to process if paying through PayPal Wix.  Remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days PRIOR to your event. Failure to pay 14 days prior will result in cancellation of your party. Your party is not booked until your $50 booking deposit has been paid. You may add additional tents if they are available but they cannot be subtracted within 14 days of your event date. Final head count is due 14 days from event date. 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Simply Glamp does NOT refund any cancellations, but events can be rescheduled for emergencies. If you need to reschedule, we will gladly offer you the next available date. The $50 deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied towards the cost of another party if held within 90 days of the original party date. If you choose to cancel our services for any reason, your deposit will be forfeited.

If  unforeseen weather occurs Simply Glamp has the right to reschedule. If Smoking odor is present in the same location as the set up, Simply Glamp has the right to cancel, booking deposit will not be refunded. 

WHAT IS THE REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT FOR?

We require a damage deposit to cover the cost of damaged, lost and/or broken items that are included in your package. Please make sure the kids do not use slime, nail polish, make-up, markers, or paint around the teepee/tent. Please keep ALL PETS away and out of the teepee/tent. Indoor teepee set up refundable damage deposit is $100.  Bell Tent refundable damage depot is $250. If no damages are confirmed, the damage deposit will be refunded within 24-48 hours after pick up.  It can take 3-5 days for the refund to process if using a credit card to pay through Wix. Any lightly damaged (but still useable) or stained property will result in a $100 cleaning fee for each item. If smoking odor is present on rental this will result in a  additional $100 cleaning fee. Any severely damaged, lost or stolen items will result in a fee equal to its replacement. If rental equipment is not available at time of scheduled pick-up, we reserve the right to charge for an additional night or not refund the refundable damage deposit. 

IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT?

We ask that all guests be 5 years old and over. It is the responsibility of the client to take duty of care and always supervise children with the rental equipment.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept PayPal and Venmo. A processing fee (3.49%) will be added on to rental  invoices only. No processing fee will be added to Refundable Damage Deposit.

HOW ARE THE TENTS AND BEDDING CLEANED?

Our bedding are washed after each party. Teepee, trays and other accessories are cleaned and disinfected.
