PARTY TIME

PRIOR TO PARTY SET UP

 The site must be ready for delivery by the agreed delivery date and time. The site needs to be accessible, including all furniture moved and space cleared prior to delivery. All floor areas must be clean from dirt, dust & furniture before setup begins. The time required for complete set up is approximately 2 hours for teepee's and 2-3.5hours for bell tents.  We ask that no children or guests are in the party area during set up in order to avoid a time delay. The client is responsible for being present to accept delivery of the rental package. 

Bell Tent- Sprinkler system must be turned off 48 hours prior to set up. Pet waste in set up area must be picked up. 

HOW MUCH SPACE IS REQUIRED?

Each set up is approximately 4 feet wide by 7.5 feet deep (to accommodate the twin air mattress). Most clients will want to leave an additional 1-2 feet for a walkway in front of the tents.

**Bell Tent- requires 22ft of leveled grassy area for staking. ABSOLUTELY no open fires 30ft from bell tent. 

THE DAY AFTER THE PARTY

The teepee rentals are for 1 night rental. Pick up time will be arranged at time of booking. Allow 1.5-3hrs for clean up.

(DIY) RENTAL DROP OFF AND RENTAL PICK UP ONLY

Equipment will be delivered and picked up at doorstep. Equipment delivery time and pick up time will be discussed at time of the booking. Equipment will only be released to booking client. Equipment must be disassembled and packaged prior to pick up time or an additional fee of $50 will be subtracted from the refundable damage fee for inconvenience.
