TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT AND BOOKING

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit secures your date and theme. 

  • $100 damage deposit for teepee setup is required 14 days prior to your event date. Any lost, broken, pet damaged or destroyed equipment will be charged to the client at full replacement value.

  • $250 damage deposit for the bell tent is required 14 days prior to your event date. 

  • Final payment is due 14 days before your event. Failure to pay 14 days before the event date will result in the cancellation of your party.

  • A COMPLETE smoke-free environment is required.  If smoke odor is present on rental equipment, your refundable damage deposit will be forfeited, and additional fees may apply.

  • If smoking or smoke odor is present on the day of the party, we have the right to cancel the rental agreement. NO refund will be given. 

  • The final head count is required 14 days from the event date. 

  • A travel fee will be added to every invoice. 

  •  Simply Glamp has the right to cancel and reschedule within 7 days from the event date if unforeseen weather occurs.

  • Simply Glamp has the right to cancel if we feel our rental equipment will be compromised upon arrival at the party. 

  • Florida sales tax and a 3.49% processing fee will be applied to your total. 

  • The damage deposit will start to process 24-48 hours after pick up, if no damage is sustained. It can take 3-5 days to receive funds. Additional damage beyond $100 will be the responsibility of the client. 

PREPAREDNESS POLICY

  • All furniture must be moved out of the way before we arrive for set up. We will not move furniture around. 

  • Homes must be non-smoking homes, NO exceptions.

  • The area where the teepee's will be set up must be clean and swept.

  • If equipment is not available for pick up at discussed date and time the client will be charged for a second day rental or refundable deposit may not be refunded. 

  • ABSOLUTELY NO open fires 50ft from bell tent. 

  • Electricity outlet must be accessible for bell tent 

  • 21ft of leveled grassy area must be available to stake the bell tent. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not refund cancellations. If an event needs to be canceled for an emergency you have 90 days to re-book. The $50 booking deposit can be applied to the new booking date. Canceling an event prior to your final payment forfeits your $50 booking deposit. If we have to cancel your party due to smoke odor, you will not receive a refund. 

INJURY POLICY/LIABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES 

Simply Glamp, will not be held responsible for accidental damage caused by our equipment. We assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or damage caused during your party. Additionally, we will not be liable for claims for personal injury while using our equipment during your hire period. The items are made for children and customers have a duty to supervise during the rental period. Age requirement is 5 years old and up. You are taking full responsibilities of Simply Glamp's property and will be responsible for any additional fee's that may apply if damaged, stolen or if lost items occur.

****Smoke free environment is a must ( even if family members smokes outside, smoke odor can still transfer to rental equipment).  ******

Booking via online, email or phone, the client agrees to the Terms & Conditions of the rental agreement.
